Sorry....   autocorrect on my Windows8 Tablet is driving me nuts!  Goodness knows how many times my posts say pallets instead of pullets! And broodies becomes bloodiest!!!  And I am on 2 broody hen threads, so I am correcting it a lot and can't figure out how to even get into the autocorrect library to do an exception list.

The first thing I do with auto correct: turn the stupid thing off! Even my worst typos aren't as bad as stupid auto correct!!!

Depending on the progress I make around here this year, a very hesitant maybe.
You need to move to the farm. That back yard would be perfect!

I do all this on my phone, so typing is even worse!

That's good to know! I would invite everyone here but eh, I live in a crappy trailer on 10.5 acres. My coops are not impressive like others I have seen.

My place is a maybe for the get together. It depends on me getting my act together a bit with some projects. (Oh wait, then it will never happen.)

Maybe we could cook a smallish pig, minus the eyeballs.

We've done turkeys, geese, ducks, and chickens before. Right now we want the Easter Eggers because our last name actually is Eggers. And probably some cuckoo marans as well. We might get some broilers to try out, but we have to be careful that they get to range because my kids and I are allergic to corn, soy, and wheat. If the chickens are fed too much of those, we actually have a reaction to the meat.

Not to overreact, but that's like most of the carbs for most Americans. What do you eat?!?

Growing up with mostly Filipino food, I could get by without those 3 grains, but I'd be lost without the rice..
