I'm trying to picture what a landscape tie is vs a regular 4x4. Do you have a pic? Also, do you just sprinkle the crushed oyster shells around the perimeter?

It was hard to picture attending a mud sale like this.i got my hardware cloth on craiglist ave picked up in Lancaster and the other batch of cloth i got was a addiction in Lancaster
Would really like to know why the predators are being so terrible...never had problems like this before..I have my own theory but it is just a guess...
My brother gave me one of his small guns, not sure it will do the job though, especially with coyote...I think it is a 410, reminds of a little squirrel hunting gun.

Annjee: They are like 4x4 with rounded edges...they are alot cheaper than PT 4x4....I attach the bottoms with SS screws and large washers....my ground has alot of rock / shale and clay in it and is hard to dig through....if I thought I needed the oyster shells, I dig a small trench 2" deep maybe 4-6" wide and fill with oyster....then cover with dirt and sprinkle with the hose to seal the shells in place....if you have extra rock throw them on top too.....hope this helps.....
I will be looking for some Basque and perhaps some Cochin. But, I still need to build a run. Looking for a good place to buy hardware cloth.
At this point, have a couple of bantams, a barred rock (seems to be a cockrel), 3 SLW.
