My ducks are only about a month older than my chickens. All born this past spring. The ducks blew up yesterday. The chickens are still the same feather here and there you see any other time. I am wondering if my girls are going to explode yet this year, or wait until next year?

Yay!!! Found out that my Muscovy ducks that I bought in the beginning of May just started to lay eggs. I wasn't expecting them to lay until spring.
My new ones are roosting on the outside perch instead of going into the coop. They even have had frost on their backs some mornings. And none of them are laying.
