I believe you can only ship live birds if you are NPIP but I've heard that you can ship eggs within the state without an NPIP. At least this is my understanding of it. I wouldn't be comfortable shipping live birds anyway. The chicken train will be rolling through soon. If you are near the route, maybe I can get some to you that way.
what is the chicken train?
 
They are doing great! We had them inside for the first few days and they spent their first night outside (with the Mama Heating Pad brooder) last night. They did great and love being on grass :)





adorable....How does one keep heating pad from turning off.?? I love this idea...But all my heating pads turn off with in 15 min
 
The chicken train is a person that collects chickens ducks etc. along a route across Pennsylvania. Other people meet up with the train conductor, and either take a bird or two, or give them another one. Sometimes three birds jump off, and the receiver will deliver them to others.

You have to look for a heating pad that does not turn off. You can private message Sally sunshine, and she will tell you a few brands that don't turn off.
