Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

is everyone bracing for this storm coming up? They're calling for 8-14" here now. It's gone up 3 times.

Looks like 12-18" for us here. I'll be keeping everyone in the coop for sure.

You're further west so maybe that is what you'll get but someone told me this morning we are in the 24 inch range and someone else said 15-24"  I hope they're wrong.  I've been looking forward to spring.:he

Eek! Wharpt county are you in?

Hi, as ya'll know there's a storm coming. I had an idea for those with eggs incubating. Check with a local business that has a generator. Like a local grocery. See if they will let you put your bator into a plug in their business. Set it up ahead of time so they aren't disturbed when trying to deal with outage.

Intellicast.com says 8-12inchs for the Laurel Ridges in Westmoreland where we are at. Zip 15658 Karen

If I had my Chanteclers now, they would be loving this. Look everyone, it's playtime!!!

Eryan7,
Oh the half closed eyes is not a good sign. Neither is the off color comb. Run out tonight before the storm and get some bovidr labs poultry nutri-drench. This bird needs energy but is too weak to eat right. The drench does not need to be digested. Mainlines directly into the bloodstream. Measureable in 11 minutes. This is all natural. Follow directions on bottle. Tractor supply or your feed. Store. You can use goat drench instead if you want, just Make sure to use poultry dosage instruct.

For the rest of the flock, put 1/2 teaspoon of poultry drench per quart of water. It will help them get thru the stress of the storm.
Best, Karen.
