Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

Been reading a lot Altoona and would like to check it out some day! I am close to Pottsville, which is where the yuengling brewery is!Your Turkeys are beautiful! Makes me think about raising them someday.

So you're out near Pottsville? You are near @dheltzel. He has quite the drop and breeds a lot of birds every year.
 
No, he is in Pottstown, which is near Reading. I'm more north near Hamburg where there is a Cabelas. My neighbor had turkeys years ago and I loved when they were mating and the males were all fluffed out and hmmming.
 
I live in the Lehigh Valley, but on the north end so Tamaqua is not too far away. I'm looking to buy two fully grown but young hens locally. We love our Americaunas, though I would be interested in other docile breeds such as Easter Eggers, Dominique, etc. They are our pets but would prefer a breed with good egg production. Willing to pay more for beautiful birds. Willing to travel up to an hour, maybe more for the right hens. Friendly hens would be ideal. Thanks in advance!

Looks like you're way too far from me. I have a few hens, about a year old, that may be looking to move on to a new home but you're on the other side of the state lol.
