I may trim, if it isn't sooo much poo that she gets a bald spot. I am a big butt trimmer--Standard Poodle, Maltese and Persians---I just tell my Persian girls they are

My dad has a plastic shed, not as many bells & whistles with doors and windows..but DH was letting me know that he has issues with squirrels chewing through it. Those dang squirrels have chewed the wiring on his old van, and numerous other important things around the property.
Just another view on the issue at hand...didn't want to barge in on your conversation:oops:.

Looks like a real nice shed, but if your that concerned about drafts with all the extra "ports" & doors, maybe the wood shed would be better?? Do you have a picture of the wooden one?
Might be easier to retro-fit/alter a wooden one?...
Sorry not much help here. We have a wood & 1/2 brick coop. Have learnt to work around the brick bottom, having the wood makes it easier to attach things.
The plastic would be awesome though for keeping clean..that is a plus-plus, but I am a bit nutts-o about stuff like that:gig

Before getting into Pomeranians..I was seriously thinking about Persians & Himalayans...they are beautiful, but thinking ore over litter boxes, counters and all that..decided to go with the dog that acts like a cat:p! Sometimes though, when it is down pouring or it is -20* out..it really makes me think about the choice we made:lau
Either way, Love them all...got a "thing" for the fluffybutts!:love
 
My red peppers germinated poorly, but I did have a few good looking plants out of an entire pack of seeds. The green never germinated. I planted throughout the spring and summer. Changed sun and water habits. Nothing. The freebies I received never germinated either.
Watermelon was not impressive, but...
I ended up with tomatoes that got blight quickly, and didn’t grow very big. Not a single pepper of any kind made it, and the melons, pumpkin and... whatever else I planted didn’t grow much.

Yeah, have read others have issues with rats & other critters chewing through their storage bins to get to feed. We use metal barrels. They have worked wonderfully.
Nothing against wood or plastic, both have advantages & disadvantages...there are a lot of windows and doors on the shed & sky lights.
It won't be a completely sealed unit, like anything else, guess it just matters :how many drafts, where are they located, is there enough venting for air/moisture, ..Our wood coop is not even close to being 'insulated'. Maybe I am being presumptuous, but I don't think most are very insulated.
Birds do just fine in a basic shelter as long as the normal housing concerns are addressed. Looks like they will get a ton more light in there. Lots more than mine get.
Most likely comes down to personal preference.:idunno
