Good Morning ALL!

Have 5* on the large thermometer outside & there is a nice wind going, so most likely feeling like "get the heck back inside!" , hahaha!!
Not comfortable that is for sure.
With that being said, a couple of girls are out in the run, even one sitting like nothing to it.
This makes me really happy about the warmer temps. coming in this weekend.
Going to be cutting/trimming the fruit trees & Dogwood back if all goes well, like NO rain.
No sprouting on the seeds yet..I know I just planted them.
I am not impatient or anything
The Primrose beside the house is green. It was completely covered with snow, now melted off. It is amazing.

Posting for a friend.... she has 2 bar rock/wyandotte roosters to rehome, young and friendly, she just ended up with too many. Anyone interested before they end up in freezer camp?

I can handle fowl, but four legged livestock is still beyond my ability to slaughter. I do not want fresh pig/cow either. They are too easy to get attached to.

Do any of you set up booths at the farm show in Harrisburg? What's the process for it? I'm considering doing it next year and taking a bunch of hen/turkey saddles....

no thank you. I wouldn't mind a rooster, but DH isn't feeling it. It's okay though, got him to agree on just about everything else though

They have been getting just abut as much crappy weather as we have.

it is 30* out right now..can't even believe it.
Going out with DH & cutting back/trimming the fruit trees & dogwood.
Will be so nice to be outside & NOT freeze body parts.
Even the pups were enjoying it this morning. After potty time they all just sat down & smelled the air.
You could see the absolute enjoyment on their faces.
Anyone else going to be enjoying this weather today??..maybe a good day to clean out coops too???

I will have to wait to finish cleaning the coop. I’d hoped to eat outside, but someone was too anxious to eat to let me finish telling her we were eating outside. So she is sitting in front of her uneaten food. The food she was “so very hungry” for, and had to eat right away.
