@Auroradream26 Do you have the egg scissors? I thought I asked before, but forget.

I do but I didn't buy them i have no idea where to tell you to look for them lol. A guy at the swap gave me a couple dozen quail eggs to taste and a pair of the scissors to go with them before I had my own.

Anyone here have Brahmas? DH is intrigued by the sheer big ass size of them.

I have light brahmas. Beautiful birds but my giant English orpingtons are bigger. From what I understand, most brahmas are not giant. Bigger than most chickens but not ginormous.

Here are a couple pictures of my big English orpington roo with one of my turkeys.

Then here, you can see one towering over the other chickens. The closest ones to him are cream legbar and Olive egger

Apparently, I don't have any pictures of the brahmas so I'll need to go take one. Hopefully I can get one with the orpington in it

Yup, another post. :bun
Because it’s supposed to be warmer starting this weekend, I’m planning on letting the chicks out of their area, and possibly free range with the group. I still cannot be sure which way to go with that.
The boys are the problem. I can’t decide how many to keep. One or two? Which one? I know which two. Unless I don’t. Do I?

I used to have a cockatiel, his name was Fred. He would sing-whistle..the good, bad & the ugly theme and say lots of other sentences. Very cool bird. I sometimes think about getting another bird & then the medication kicks in.:lau
