Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

The same thing happened to me last year. It really stinks when the camera dies! DH and the kids got me a new camera for Christmas. Nothing super fancy, no different lenses, just point and shoot type with a selection of photo type. The video recording is really nice on it too (at least compared to my old camcorder that I won't be using anymore). It's a Nikon Coolpix B500. I'm really happy with it and I think it was only about $300? The only thing that I wish it had is a rechargeable battery pack but I'm just using rechargeable AA's in it anyway lol. Here are a couple random pictures I took with it (I'm far from a photographer lol).

Thank you!!..just googled this, NICE!!:thumbsup...even DH was impressed;), hahaha
It is not even 300$ @ Wally world, very doable. Thank you so much, I appreciate your info.
Going to do some more research, but this is definitely #1 as of right now.
Will be nice to go to the store & actually hold it.

Even with me making sure the little guy got water and food. I found him dead under the heat plate. So I only have 2 left from the hatching. 1 olive egger and 1 copper maran. I know the olive egger is a girl. Hoping the copper maran is a girl too.
On the bright side in a couple weeks I will be getting 12 buff orpington ( hope I spelled it right)

I'm sorry :( I wish you were closer, I would load you up with chicks! I have too many!

Have you taken a look down her throat?...worms, in poop?
tossing this out ..i haven't read the rest of the posts yet..so hope I am not too late with a reply.

I cannot look down a chicken's throat... they resist too much! Anyhow, yesterday she finally ate some scrambled eggs and started standing and walking around her cage. No longer sleeping all day. I moved her to the garage isolation area to continue to improve. When she lays an egg, I'll know she's ready to go back with the others in the coop. Not 100% sure that she's ok but the improvement is great, so fingers crossed! :fl

The dog broke another cable last night, so I’m going to put a rope/leash/check cord I have tied together (from other escapes) through an old hose. :rant Obnoxious dog.
The birds were all insane this morning, so chores took over an hour. I slid down the muddy hill, so I’ve had my danger for the day. Still no quail eggs.

I could not help myself. I got 6 French cuckoo maran chicks.

Those are beautiful photos. Very nice.

When hubby came home last night and saw the chicks he was not to happy. He said how many do you need. You have 12 coming in a couple weeks. I told him the chicks I have now and what I'm getting will take the place of the 23 that are getting old. He understands that but does not like that we have to wait about 6 months before getting rid of the other chickens.
