Well, found out my coop/run can survive high water. Debby did a number on my town. I still don't know if I have a furnace - scared to look. I did replace the water heater already. Still getting rid of the stuff in the garage that got damaged. Fortunately, it did not go to the first floor. But I am still on crutches from April's foot break so it's slow going. I don't like 2024.

That is crazy! My area doesn’t flood ever but 5 minutes away from me gets 4-6 feet of flooding after bad storms. I think that has happened twice this year.
