Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

I've driven halfway across the state for a gun. Twice.
I've gone about that far a couple of times for boat motors... and come to think of it, I've done it to pick up boats (twice) and a 2 hr trip for boat seats??

I've gone four hours for turkeys, AND George came with me!

He can be awful. I have four serama cockerels, I narrowed it down to two, and guess who's sweet talkin the little black one that didn't make the cut! Same with his rooster cornflake, I don't need nor want him, but have to keep him for George. Why can't he pick out a nice HEN to love on?!

Mama your killing me!!! DH would have my hide, he was irritated with me going to HEathers and she is not far!!! LMAO!!! MORE CHICKENS!!! yet alone drive for them, lol

Now if it was a gun or car differnt story

Oh but Sally, they are going to be so big and beautiful and cochins are such a sweet breed!!

Got a fox stalking my babies in broad daylight. It tore a hole in the screening on my broody coop with my Olive Egger chicks in it, got one OE out and was chasing it around, with my dogs hot on her heels. GD thing was causing a ruckus, I ran out in my bare feet screaming and waving my arms, it took a run straight at me, I don't know if it was coming for me or running from the dogs, who were right on her. Spent the next hour searching for the dogs, Great Pyr came back first, thought for sure all we'd find of the Yorkie was his lil red sweater. But he came back. DH is sitting watching now, gun loaded.

Fox prints I saw this morn while walking.

3 of my OE babies: I just LOVE lacing.

Go get 'em Blarney!!

YOur OEs are so pretty! Hope mine turn out that nice!

LOL! I made hubby fly from PA to FL and back to bring home my pup 11 years ago :)

Hi,

I live on the outskirts of Stroudsburg, PA. No chickens, yet. I have my coop plans all set to begin building in late March, and have 15 chicks arriving the week of April 8th. Any other chicken enthusiasts in this area?

Jim
