Mash is a powder as far as I'm concerned. I wet it and ferment it with dry yeast. You really don't want to feed it dry... they waste it and it chokes them up far worse than crumble (imagine eating flour straight up, lol).

I have to admit I am really liking the K&K (Richland PA) layer mash for my FF! only adding some hole grains as I feel like it, I keep a mix of oats wheat ccorn and thistle seed in a different FF bucket as they need to soak much longer. I only add calcium chip grit in a bucket for the girls to grab if they need it. I am going to get some barely if they have it next months delivery and add some raisins to the FF just for fun!

I think its 23.something for 100lbs

Moving SUCKS! I have no idea what and how to pack his stuff or half of mine! Plus, we have to leave a lot here until WE actually move. Birds and the incubator and the freezer and fridge stuff will stink to move too. Not sure how we'll do the freezer since you aren't supposed to plug in for a few hours after tilting it.

LOL! We got a beautiful used SS Fridge last month. DH refused to lay it down, and stood it on the back of his trailer strapped every which way possible. I was a nervous wreck for that 25 minute drive! It did make it okay, but I know everyone we passed thought we were nuts!
