Thanks for all of your good thoughts. We are back home now and all went well. Doctor doesn't want to try a 2nd transplant, so we are having her old Dr. at Duke look over her information and see what she thinks. We trust her opinion and if need be, I guess I will be taking her to NC for surgery. She will be 4 on the 15th and the poor little thing has been through so much already. I just want to make it better for her.

They said they don't think it will do any good. But she is still seeing light and shadow in that eye, so I don't now why not. I feel it is worth a shot to try to give her as much sight as possible for as long as possible. Her pressures have been in the low teens.

Pressure is good. Check with her doctor at Duke whether they think a surgeon at Wills would be able to improve her sight with another transplant.

I have no clue...my girls don't even like the bedding in the nest boxes and kick it all out on the ground.

Has anyone heard of or had done, surgical removal of spurs when they are just forming - and if so was it somewhere in PA? I talked to my vet about it, but he had never heard of it. Thanks!

I would think for the privacy. Personally I LOVE the look of it. I really keep meaning to get some.

To coordinate with the little bandannas your hens are wearing. Be sure to match the flowers in the vahzzz (fancy vase) too.
