Just had to show you guys...........this is when Lil Baby Si is most content. He nuzzles himself into me and seems like he wraps his little wings around.....and he gets so quiet, Please keep up prayers for him.............

Sad thing is , I find myself rockin him and humming.....

Despite my obvious disorganization as seen by anyone who's been to my place, I'm pretty obsessive about food safety issues. I like everything to be able to be bleached or boiled. And I hate birds flopping around, even if they're tied. I compost my feathers and guts.

Have you posted lately in the 'Steeler Country' thread? Most of us are so far away from you that the big expense for gas and turnpike is a deterrent. Plus I'm trying to stay focused this year, and not just get birds for the sake of having them.

I make do with what I have available.

That thread has been dead for about a year with only me, Ray & fisherlady posting in the past few weeks. Fisherlady invited us all over here.

I have two Blue laced red wyandotte cockerels that are 14 weeks old now. Anyone interested in one or both of these handsome gents? If not i will be processing them next week. Please pm me or reply here I can give you pictures of either of them. Both are very tame nice guys.

OH!!!!! And much to my surprise I came home from work last night (yep the last night at that place) and I had a baby quail running zipped and running around on top of the other eggs still in the turner. lol

Really simple...you can't go away for 2 days again. There's a bear on the loose. Chicks have hatched. Birthdays are upcoming.
