anyone ever do these recipes?
Have a couple gallons going now. Never really used a recipe. It really is simple. If you don't have mother, it will start from bacteria in the air, just might take longer and not be as "pure" a culture.
Ever had wine that went bad, acidy? That was the start of vinegar!
