Thanks for the info Ray. Will probably be taking some of my extra BLRW Roos down if they don't go before then.
Ray! this is cool! I need to figure the whole filming and sending to utube thing out for when the baby goats get here.Sorry about the error on that video. Here are my 6 1/2 week old chicks who are looking at themselves on video! This is on my Crazy Ray's Brown Eggs youtube channel from yesterday morning. Thanks PA. I love them feathery little birds!
I would not doubt it, that woman is amazing!OMG!Sally is LAYING eggs now too!!!!!
Eric, Me too! the first pen we built for the littles so that they could have 'play time' outside on warm days was only 3 feet high, NOT high enough for me to catch em up before bedtime, so the new one is built from wood we got out of a dumpster, yup, climbed right in myself...there is NOTHING I won't do for my chooks, and when it embarrasses the teenager, all the better! Well, this one is 6 feet on one side so we can stand up inside. Not really sure what else to call it. Lol But playpen is a good fit in my mind, I mean they are only three weeks old. Still babies. And babies use a playpen.
Thanks for the info Ray. Will probably be taking some of my extra BLRW Roos down if they don't go before then.
I have a Wyandotte question, how hard is it to breed for leg color? I've got a single combed boy with bright yellow legs that I was going to sell, but he is the only one from that line that I have. Should I keep him and cover my girls from a different line with him for leg color? or is the single comb way to hard to breed out?
Blarneyeggs, It is becoming even more easier. Youtube helps you how to upload a video. I am new to this, and enjoy sharing with everyone who is interested.Ray! this is cool! I need to figure the whole filming and sending to utube thing out for when the baby goats get here.
