was told using pine cones for mulch will keep the cats out of flower beds,,,,wonder if it works for chickens ?? made from a skid,,,cheaper than fencing.

Love these skid ideas, now I just need to locate a place that has an abundance of them!!! Hmmmm

Anybody out "west" having probs with these storms?? I just got a tornado watch message on my phone.

Of course, I have a gosling unzipping under a broody goose as I type....

I wonder how ticked off she would be if we relocated her, the dog house, and her eggy to the basement...

You can put ALL the potions and gimicks around.They know your chickens are there! They will be back! The best way is remove the problem!

I personally have no issue eliminating problem animals, do it with groundhog/coons/possums/foxes anytime they become a problem. I just want to try to keep critters out IF I can (which I doubt), I'll be moving one of my dogs runs closer to the chicken's run to (hopefully) help as well.

Keep those goosies safe!!! I'm "west" but we got the storms this morning & not too bad on the wind.
