NOW you're scarin me. How much trouble can a goat kid possibly be? Goats don't get mites, right? actually, I am pretty nervous. I'm reading as much as I can about kidding and milking, and I keep running into these threads that start out, 'woke up this morning and my dam was dead'. YIKES!! I have the vet coming out next week for CDT shots and give them a look over. I sure hope she's around July 4th when they kid!

Still working on that milk stand.

I don't know much about Ameraucanas, but my guess would be hen, Roo, hen by the thickness of their legs.

I'd love some goats but don't want anything that needs milled daily. Ran in to someone with nubians last week and am considering a couple wethers for weed control, just not ready to jump in to it yet.

My Yacky, finally a mom! Shes been trying since I got her 4 years ago! Found that they hatched by accdient! I was just checkin up on her and the eggs... I then seen a little yellow under her chest so I moved her.. and here there where 10 faces looking at me!! All little yellow butts!!! All will be white!!

Watched my neighbor herd her baby ducks three other day, threatened to take a video and post it on youtube. So funny watching her Chase them around the wading pool trying to catch them to put them in!
