AWWWW GEEZ!!! Just called to make an appointment for my meat chickens to be butchered, and my guy retired

Anyone know anyone in the Lebanon area that does it?

Wingstone is probably closer to you than fisherlady, but both have plucker equipment they have offered to assist with processing for those on the thread. I know Wing is having a bit of chaos at her house right now with a sick parent in residence though.

Todays chicken tails.....1 painted the new coop....results two BOs painted green and one dog with white nose.
2. chicks did the jail break again (5 of 6)...enticed two with food and intimidated the other three...seems they don't like wet feet and, roost on the gate, then decide to forage the neighborhood...need to find a way to keep them away from the gate....

Not sure if everyone knows but it looks like some bad weather coming this way, headed SE. Just a severe thunderstorm watch at the moment!





Well my girls are 12 days old today - what a fun filled 12 days, they are just so entertaining to watch!!

One finally figured out how to get up there!

i use Walter Nolt in Ephrata. (717)354-0289. He processes on Tuesdays by appointment, make sure you call ahead.

Sorry no dog pic...she cleaned herself .....hope you can see the green paint...the BOs decided to wander under the coop.....
