Hey all! watsup? Wing you running on a wacky hours again? How have your roos faired with frostbite this winter? on the diary thread poor cochins call ducks feet are so sad!!! :( I cant imaging dealing with that like silky,chad and her.

My little Stumpy is actually doing really good. I kept a smooth showgirl (hopefully a pullet) to keep him company. They get along great & Stumpy gets around fine as long as I keep him in a small space with soft flooring.

Oh, and congrats Sally & Mr. Sunshine!

not to bad on hours, I have a few long one's but nothing like it was last year..

lots of frostbite but so far no one has lost anything over it, I am sure some will lose their points though, for me it is no big deal, I do not show or even need them to take good pics, but I understand why you need to have them looking good,,,,I watch for infection but otherwise let nature take it's course

This is from a couple weeks ago when we were still wrapping & treating. All wraps are off now, no more antibiotics. I just lift him up every couple days to make sure everything looks good & no clumps of poop on the stumps & send him back to his friend.
