Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

I am tired. Had a very busy day!!! Went 3 hour round trip to get a new flock of Golden Laced Wyandottes. Got home and cleaned out 3 coops. Finally had NO ICE in the back yard and was able to push the wheelbarrow around the yard. We build nesting boxes in the coop we put the new flock of Golden Laced Wyandottes. One of the new girls laid an egg in the new nesting box and was in it while we were building them. Everything is so muddy out (one problem with all the ice melting).

got a feeling this day will end as windy as it started,,,

hubby wanted sloppy joe for dinner, I do not like sloppy joe , so I also made a casserole of brussel sprouts, problem is , I ate the whole thing myself....

any home remedies for blowing wind ??

Went to my 1st chicken swap at the Butler TSC today. It was cold and only about 8 folks brought livestock, but it was fun. Ended up getting 3 more ducks from TSC (Pekin this time), and then one of the ladies at the swap

told my daughter she could have this roo for free. I think she told me that he is a cross between a bantam sultan and a bantam frizzle. I messaged her to double check. He is so funny..... my daughter named him "Si" from Duck Dynasty.....lol
