Some of our hens also get this type of feather damage from the rooster. Sometimes other flock members will pick at the damaged area also. I place saddles on to provide protection for their backs and will spray any exposed areas with blu-kot to reduce the amount of attention from the other birds.
Your saddle should help immensely!
Our chickens dont like treats usually. I will try though. I know meal worms- or any kind of worms they just dont know what to do with it! Now give them a mole rat and its a different story! lolProtein treat options... scrambled eggs, meal worms (fresh or freeze dried), yogurt, boiled fish, crumbled cat food, canned tuna, chopped up chicken, cooked and chopped up liver, peanuts, hulled sunflower seeds.
IMO separating her at night won't really do any good. I think the saddle should be good. Bump up protein so she can regrow feathers quicker.
the protein is 16% layer feed. What can I add to increase protein? Was thinking maybe scrambling some eggs to give them all as treats buy mainly focusing on her. Anything else I can do?
I use Dumor chick crumbles because I have guinea keets with my broody that require high protein. That feed is 24% protein. If you give them that and make sure they have access to oyster shell/recycled crushed eggshells they shouldn't have issues.

We are using Dumor layer crumbles, I'll have to pick up some chick crumbles, it wont hurt the other chickens or Ducks having the higher protein? They all share the food. We currently house them all together.
We are planning on trimming the roosters nails to help prevent the wing damage. Blu-Kot- Something I could get at tractor Supply?

Blu-kot is a topical spray for minor skin wounds which has blue dye in it to deter the interest of other birds to prevent picking. I use it just as a deterent many times. Tractor Supply does carry it, most feed stores will have it.
To add my two cents...don't get the aresol type if you can avoid it....there is always some over spray and it ends up on you/ the floor, the wallls etc....(yep, I have the tea-shirt)
