Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

I will have to do a tally, we MAY be sold out for the next two hatches, the second one being on March 7th, but I may have some left especially if I have some no shows! I will have a better idea by this friday as the next hatch is due, and we will count the remaining eggs in the incubator. I will have the next hatch dates by then as well. If you are interested, please send me an email for either as I have been getting a lot of interest. The flock was last tested in December, we are not currently NPIP but we test before shows and hatching, this means we cannot ship.
My email is [email protected] Thanks!

I wish it was like this:

1000

But am glad it's not like this: (February 13, 2014)

1000

I live about 5 minutes away from Chicadoodle, I will be at State College on March 11th? And can transport that far, if the poults are GUARANTEED to be picked up that morning. I'm attending a CPT course at State College and no poultry is allowed on the grounds for Biosecurity reasons.

if I can make arrangements, would you be ok with transporting hatching eggs? That way, you wouldn't have to worry about having the poults with you.

sent you a message on Facebook. My stupid email app won't work.

I'm clear over in Ohio & currently without a vehicle.

I'm actually only about 10 minutes from the OH border which is why I asked... Hubs travels out to Alliance, Youngstown, canton, etc for work, I doubt he'd be willing to transport birds for my 'chicken friends' in his work vehicle though. Google says Paris OH is about an hour from us, so if we could find something 'family fun' to do out that way, I could potentially do a drop off.

would you be traveling through Blair or Cambria County? Lol. I'm interested in some poults or hatching eggs also but they don't ship.

I take 76 across, so I'm south of Blair and Cambria, but I can meet up somewhere as long as it doesn't take me too far out of the way, we usually stop to eat somewhere around there (mid point of the trip). Looks like they are selling off quickly though... my next trip east will be March 6 through 9.

Edit: Sorry, I didn't read all the way to the end before posting... If chicadoodle is all sold out for March 9, I'll also be home (eastern PA) for Easter (although Hubbs will be along and he does not like to make detours) and Memorial day weekend. We usually do a trip back home once a month or so, if anyone ever needs anything transported from east to west. May would probably be a better time for me to add a new type of bird to our little group anyway if chicadoodle will have another hatch around then.

If he would be ok with transporting eggs instead I can hatch them myself. I have 4 incubators waiting to be filled to start the season. I am between Alliance & Minerva, about 16 miles from McDonald's at 30 & Lisbon Rd on the south side of Canton. I'm half mile off Lisbon Rd (172).

Good idea! I'm happy to transport if you make the arrangements.
