Hi All......Had a friend drop off about 50-100 empty egg cartons today at my house. I only have 3 hens...LOL...Not sure what he was thinking....but he was at a Mission Shelter in Bangor and apparently they gave them to him.....anyway....I live in Alburtis, which is near East Greenville, Macungie, Topton, Hereford (100 & 29), Bally areas.....If anyone close by would like them just let me know and maybe we can meet up somewhere in between...I sure can't use that many......

Just dropped in to say, "Hi" Deb. We're almost neighbors. I live outside Easton (since most people have an idea where that is.) and pass through Macungie and Hereford on routes 100 and 29 every Thursday on my way to agility class in Bally. (All kinds of classes available at Orchard Hills Training Center.)
What kind are your chickens?
Love your avatar.

Separate them into freezer bags in meal sized quantities & put them in the freezer. No such thing as having too much food!!!

The last Maryland swapmeet before our ban goes into effect will be on August 29th. 8am-noon. PA NPIP breeders welcome. Time to unload some of those grow-outs. Green Hill Farm is located in western Maryland 30 min. west of Frederick and 1 hour north of DC.

There's a rooster crowing in Allentown right now! Woops! Hope none of my moms neighbors complain before we leave on Sunday to take him down to CC. On one hand, the crowing makes me feel like home, on the other hand, Bino can really crow! He crows for about 45 minutes straight in the morning. My Romeo crows all day and night, but usually just one or two crows and he's done... Bino just crows and crows and crows, lol.
