Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

No inside chickens! Even when I was selling 200 chicks a month they never stayed in the house more than 3 days. 2 days in the incubator and one day in the brooder to make sure they were eating and drinking. Then out to the brooders in the coop.

I already have 2 inside dogs, a cat and a snake, plus Mike. Enough inside pets!!

Not sure. Maybe the giant white ones. They make up for in number what they lack in size. Cots lay at an incredible 6 weeks. Mine took about a month off and are starting up slowly again.

Hi folks. I'm just going to pop in here so that I can get updates. Love all your pictures, especially Lacey, she's gorgeous! I'll be raising a bunch more chickens, ducks, and turkeys this year (and adding geese and goats, oh my!) and I'd like to see what other localish folks are up to and make some connections... and perhaps join in some egg or chick trading in the future? Eh?

Enola, that would be great. As soon as these little puppies start laying good, I'll fire up and incubate. lol

I will have California and Coturnix quail eggs and chicks.

Silkie eggs from assorted colors, Ameraucana blue wheaten roo and 1 wheaten hen. I am just starting in Svart Honas. They should lay by end of summer.
1 splash polish and a frizzle for fun mixing.

I would like more wheaten americana hens or eggs, SH eggs, Marans hens or eggs of good color, Isbar eggs, gold-laced or candy corn polish and some nice auto sexers.

I have a trio of almost 1 year Golden Cascade ducks, black and Cumberland blue runners, assorted colors of muscovies. A couple adult hens now to go.
