And don't forget to buy a 10% off Lowes coupon from ebay. I planned to use this one as my coop last year, but DH said it's too big and he offered to build one for me. After 10 months, my coop is still not finished.

That's cool. You know she cannot resist the little fluffy balls. Speckled sussex are on my wishlist that is a very long list though.

Janeway is a busy hen...she decided her own 7 chicks didn't keep her busy enough so she adopted the 3 chicks that Jo just cut the apron strings on. Janeway's chicks are 4 weeks old, Jo's are 6 weeks. Now she has them all on the top roost shelf...

Well I went and did now there are 8 chicks in the brooder instead of 6, I got the 2 Speckled sussex chicks today. When I started thinking on getting chicks I only want 2 or 3 then it went 6 and now I am at 8. How does,this,happen......lol.
