It took 6 days to get fertilized eggs to me, it was hot during that time. Would my hatch date be 21 days from time of laying or from time of putting them under the hen?

I have had some large set backs due the predators....I expect that in the next 6 months or so, I will have CCLs and Red Dorkings going just a quad or so of each, I should also have some olive-egger and perhaps a BCM or two....

Hey everyone! I do not live in pa but live very close to the mason Dixon line. The closest towns to me are Hanover and littlestown. I wanted to let everyone know that I have a Silkie rooster to sell.

He is very nice and very curious. However I must tell you that he is not normal because he has no feathers on his feet what so ever.

Humm, I'd guess a mixed breed....what are you hoping to get for a mixed breed rooster???

Did you see this article? The fishercats are making a return to the Poconos and throughout the state. I haven't seen any by me yet. I know that there are a lot of critters that are out there that I haven't seen.
