My little silkey is happy, she went broody, for the third time, I gave her 2 eggs, they hatched out yesterday, cute as a couple of little buttons!

Good morning everyone! Looks like it will be a beautiful day today. Hope you all find some time to spend with your flock this weekend...

I moved my new CCL guy out with the girls today. He didn't rush them, try to jump them or even dominate in any way. As soon as he got his bearings, he immediately went to the food dish and called the girls to it. He stood back to watch them eat. Last I perked in on them, he was digging around searching for treats for them. I think he's going to be an excellent boy, even if he's afraid of people. I just hope that he's fertile and active

I also finally got confirmation today that my little silkie, Blue, is a boy! THAT is what I was hoping for note I know that I have a trio of BBS. I cannot wait until they start laying so I can start hatching
