You need to get a closer picture of the feathers on Barb's lower back, preferably a straight down picture, maybe even move her wings away from her body to make sure you will see them... also put your fingers under the feathers at the base of her neck to lift them slightly and get a close up.

I am just not seeing the shiny feathers on its back I associate with young roos, or the longer neck feathers...as Aurora asked...age may be the issue. If that bird is over 14 or 15 weeks I am leaning to Barbara, but closer pictures will give it away.

This is my Icelandic cockerel. He is starting to get darker then the CL cross. The people on the Icelandic page said he isn't an Icy. Thoughts?

There is my evil rooster behind my Icy with his two sisters to the right with the pretty penciling. he is the dad of my CL mix

And Icy's twin the CL cross below. He is a huge bird but not surprising as his mom was a larger CL and as you can see above his dad and aunts are huge birds too.

This was like the perfect pic of my trio of OEs, the CL and Sapphire pullets. Just missing 1 of the girlies that hatched

Also, here is my stunning Bielefelder. I'm hoping to breed him next year. Pictures don't do him justice, his colors are so vivid and he is so big!
