The ducks are the worst! I try to stop my worrying unless it’s super bad out. They go inside when I have them in the big coop with the chickens, but they prefer to stay outside when they have their own pen to themselves.

Ours decide for themselves, they have cover available, if they choose not to use it then they can be wet.... if it doesn't bother them I'm not going to worry much about it. Only time I round them up is when a broody is out with really small chicks and it looks like an extended rain.

My guys love to go to bed at the first sign of dusk. Big hens on the roosts, the little guys in a grey heap on the floor of the coop and the teenagers that have to be chased out of the nest boxes! I think putting the babies in a cage in the coop at night while first integrating them, helps them know the coop is their bedroom.

My ducks thankfully aren't bad, they just like the play in the rain.

GREAT NEWS THOUGH!

I was checking through my farm email and apparently towards the end of April I got an email from someone asking a million and a half questions about my Amerauacanas!

Now I just need to get everything changed around for the Directory for club stuff and fix this and fix that. And crap I still need to feed everyone. Ugh why is it always so busy!?

Hey, people. What internet providers do you have?
HughesNet has such awful reviews, but offers the best price and speed.
Verizon speeds were a joke. Only “up to 7mbps Download speed”

We actually wound up going through Service Electric for ours since it's them and Windstream around here. Windstream sucks. Service Electric actually has really great service (no pun intended) their customer service reps are really nice, and they actually worked with my mom so she could pay for a whole year in advance. We have a cable, phone, internet bundle so it's really nice. Also with two huge gamers in the house it's worth it. And we can't beat the speed right now.

We have Verizon DSL, no problems for us but we don't use a lot of bandwidth, and no gaming or movie streaming...
Wish it was cheaper, but in the middle of nowhere there aren't a lot of options. My cousin had Hughesnet, after the nightmares she had with them you couldn't pay me to use their service.
Dish offers satellite internet now, but since they gave us a new dish on the roof (other was perfectly fine but they insisted it had to be updated) our TV coverage sucks, every time it rains or snows the thing 'looses signal' and may be out 5 seconds or an hour. Not what I want for internet!
