Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

I lost 2 last year that ate themselves to bursting, a Black Copper Marans and a Jersey Giant, but I don’t think it’s a common thing. Both had been moved outside, we were in cramped quarters, and they just couldn’t bring themselves to integrate with the rest of the flock. I really think it was the stress that drove them to it.

Went to store yesterday, and find water is back in stock. Still no toilet paper though but should be back soon.

Do baby chicks know how much should they eat? All my chicks are friendly and want to eat from our hands. The problem is: even when their crops are supper full, they still come to eat from our hands. When they see my son, they just run and beg for food even though he just takes it out from their feeder. They are taking chick grits, so that makes me feel better. They are too young, so all they get now is chick feed, no treat.
I am pretty sure tap water tightly sealed in a clean container will be good for drinking for 6 months--if for nothing else, flushing toilets and bathing.

Can you post a picture? If it has saddle feathers, hackle feathers and sickle feathers it's a boy

Of course I know the black and white is a cockerel.

As I was leaving work yesterday, someone had a half pallet of TP that he was trying to load on to the shelves but people were taking it before he could stock it! It was crazy! Here's the TP isle at my walmart...

I did manage to get pizza, bread, and mayo. No almond milk anywhere though.

My son said people should stop killing the poor chickens, but he has to have nuggets. Poor kid. He's trying to suggest to find a different way to make nuggets, but vegetables are not acceptable.
