Getting seeds or plants for gardens may be more difficult or expensive this year. Looks like greenhouses are on the shut down list for the state. Still available through other sources though, such as feed stores, Lowes and walmarts...some of our favorite greenhouses may not be open for local sales though. Seems a real shame some of the businesses that are on the closure list. (See list in link below)

I don’t know if that will affect my job or not. Our company makes medical equipment, but my production line is for industrial applications. I don’t know if only the medical production line will remain open or our whole company will be ok. We will have a meeting tomorrow to find out.

I will cross my fingers for you. Maybe they can expand the medical production line?

Welbar Babies! Thank you Dennis!

OMG they look awesome! :love

I actually stopped by the Store-That-Must-Not-Be-Named today and left without any new peeps! :yesss: :hitIt was a close call, I have a mission to find a little buff Silkie pullet named Tribble (so help me God!:fl✝❤), but right now TSC has me stuck in Plant Math instead. They are carrying some beautiful fruiting plants and trees from a company called DeGroot, which promises to refund your money if its products fail to grow! That’s just impossible for me to resist. So far this year I got 2 Mars grapevines, 2 Nanking bush cherries, a Methley plum tree, and a set of 10 Sequoia strawberries. I would buy a lot more if I had any cash, but I gotta at least TRY to pinch my pennies until I start working again.

We will continue to work. We are making equipment for scanning lungs, so it's critical now. We may have to switch the industrial production line to medical, since there will be large requests for the medical devices. I feel better that hubby will stay home watching my son instead of sending him to grandma. I'm worry about my in-laws get infected. Without us going there, hopefully they will be safe. This is a hard time for the entire country, and it's will get worse in a few weeks. But if we stay calm and do our best to help each other, we will be all fine. I heard that hospitals may have shortage of face masks. I have several left from the coop project, but I don't think they will take these though. They are dust masks.
