Pella my BC Marans just dropped dead. Some of the others seem to be retaining fluid, especially in their crops and bellies. No sign of wheezing, sneezing, or nasal discharge. No loss of weight either. Anybody have any idea what it might be?

Spoiled food can cause sudden cases of botulism... Google it to see if symptoms are similar.
