She's HERE!!! After much contemplation, research and a talk with my vet, I decided NOT to go with the snake bite victim. So here is her Sister... as yet un named.... Nala, Lola, Lily and Buttercup are in the running.

Thank you guys! I am totally smitten with her already.

And as luck would have it.... took my Dane to the vet today as she is having some eye trouble and just isn't eating right... also, not acting the same. Vet thinks cancer and took blood. He says the results will be back as soon as tomorrow. She's down 10 lbs since her August check up. DH is just back from Texas. The Dane is his 'girlfriend'. I've decided not to tell him anything until I hear about blood tests. Really don't want to stress him if it's nothing. Thanks for letting me vent. I've been feeling pretty bad brining a puppy into her life if she's on her way out.

Was thinking of having it at the Leesport Farmer's Market. I know the owner really well and it is close to some major highways and all that stuff. I just wanna get some things figured out i would really like to do like they do for the Maryland one where all the birds must be tested and what not wanna make it as safe as can be!! I don't want sick bird so if you all have any input on how to go about that. Once i can get the place figured out for sure we can all try to figure out a Sat that would work for us all and then we can spread the word!!! really would love to have this go well.. Fingers crossed!! So don't be surprised if you see some posts on here about it plus wanna talk to my Mom and see if she will help me with it all!! Kindda was one of those crazy ideas i had pop up in my head so now i need to make sure i have help if i decide this after all i do have 2 little girls!! Ahh the things i talk myself into!!

I am sorry to hear this, but it is probably how he is going to be. I have a bantam Cochin Rooster that bit me 4x yesterday. He is 4 months. Its not only me that he is biting its the other chickens too. So he is now a jail bird, solitary confinement. Good Luck!

He's ticked cuz i took those others out lol
