Oh man if I didn't already have a house full of 3 dogs.... Could still squeeze one in, 4 is the legal limit here without needing a kennel liscence LOL My husband would KILL me!!!
I love the blue boy on the right in the last pic of availables Buster, his markings are very nice. I need a farm dog, maybe next year when I've adopted out this foster I've got now (rescued her from a gassing shelter in GA and had her trasported here).
What do you normally get for your pups, PM me if you wish to keep it off the boards, no problem.
At least the shipping would be cheaper than what I paid for my Newf... Ready?!
$1300 just for his shipping, from the country of Estonia to NY where I had to go get him. I waited 4 years for a bronze male Newfoundland to show and breed. His name is Gryffin, or Rubeus Hagrid his registered name, he is 8 months old now and weighs about 90 pounds and is 26" at the shoulder already. His sire weighs 180 pounds and his dam is 160 pounds with his dam being 32" at the shoulder.
He was supposed to start his show career two months ago but the idiot went and got a spider bite on his ear and needed to have his ear shaved down so I had to scratch his entry. Now we're looking at a show in a few months just to get him warmed up.
He's such a goof ball and the fur and drool are really something else but I love him to pieces.
Here's some pics:
As a baby-
He's the pup closest to camera..
and now all in his awkward teenager stage:
Sorry to steal the thread, just had to share with some other dog people. I'm planning to start looking for a girlfriend to buy for him in a year or two as well depending on how well he does in the ring.
Back to Heelers now! SOOO cute! Good luck selling the rest Buster!
