people with house chickens

I had to tube feed Marilyn this afternoon she is quite pale today and not eating or drinking today. I am quite worried now. Wormed her and sprayed for mites. Due to pooping on herself she needs a bath and I will spray her with permethrin again. She is watching the Steve Wilkos Show right now. Has a very ornery attitude growling at me quite often lol

Does anyone have a Rooster for a house chicken? I raised a chick from hatch and its been a house chicken today I learned its a Rooster..just wondering if its possible to have as a house pet

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't been on in a while.

Kelly77, I have a house rooster, Finn. He is about 5months old now. He is really easy to take care of. Around this age, he is getting aggressive. He does his walk (stretching out his wing and walking sideways). I am already training him to stop, and it is easy. When your roo starts acting like this, just pick him up and carry him around. He usually starts crowing around 8am.

Once again, he is really low maintenance. Just make sure he has a constant supply of food and water like any animal, and make sure to give him plenty of love!

@kelly77 , I have roosters as house chickens! I haven't made any soundproof carriers or anything. But my roosters are bantams, so the noise isn't as loud as a standard rooster would be. It's still pretty loud though!
Sometimes when I get really annoyed with the crowing, I mess with them. Let me show you what I mean.
