Most hatches from my own birds is 90%+. Shipped eggs, I have gotten anywhere from .05% (yes that is 1/2!) to 77%. Most are about 50%. 50% is a 'good' hatch on shipped eggs.
Sometimes, like monarc said, you have to get eggs shipped, to get the breeds that you want. If I were to rely on eggs I could get locally I would just give up.
