Perches and nesting boxes???

I’ve built my nesting boxes and added perches for easier access. Now that I’m looking at it, I’m wondering it my perch on the top is too close. I’m not sure....when I placed the hen in there it looked awkward. Thoughts or suggestions are helpful.

If you notice that none of your hens are going into those nest, then you can redo that perch. How many hens do you have???
6 nests is enough for 20 hens. Chickens usually choose one or 2 nests and ALL want to use that one.

Ehhh...might be too close.
Buckets maybe be too small too, IMO.
I'd wait and see.
