permethrin dust got on chickens faces overnight, should I try to wash it off?

Yesterday we dusted our hens (for lice) and this morning their little beaks have it on them , I guess overnight they tucked their faces in under their wings? Should I use plain water or maybe some VetRX to clean it off their faces?

I wouldn't, it will wear off.
