Permethrin in Canada?

Last year I searched high and low to find a permethrin based product in Canada... Tonight I did a quick search and this one came up right away, from Canadian Tire (ie. Highly accessible to most of us!). Does anybody have reason to believe it wouldn't be a good option?? Would you use it on the coop only? Or also the birds? I wish I could find a concentration percentage...

Aha, zoomed in and was able to see 0.25% permethrin... Off to search how that compares to the recommended dilutions!

Well doesn't specify that it's meant for use on livestock/poultry, so I'd check if it has any other active ingredients or if it has any additional warnings on package.

The strength seems good to use as-is though... I used around 0.20% dose when I last treated with liquid. 0.25% is the standard dosage in powders.

Can you order off of amazon? I use the spray in the coops and the poultry dust in the nest boxes. Good luck...

Find the ingredients list and/or the MSDS to make sure you know all the chemicals that may be in there.

Livestock stores carry stuff recommended for poultry. UFA, Peavey Mart etc.
