Hi,
I'm I Australia. Been a very wet summer. Mites are about. The 10% permethrin mentioned frequently here isn't available that I can find. I can however find a 40g per litre concentrate.
I've attached pics. The product is for horses and dogs. But it's still just 25:75 (cis:trans) permethrin.

1) Is there any reason it wouldn't be ok?

If no then:

2) would this mixing ration be suitable for poultry also, or need adjusting?

Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to harm my flock.

Thanks for reading

I really tried to find something about this product but nothing more than the instructions on your bottle and nothing says anything about chickens. Permethrin is obviously used on chickens and in coops, but what's good for a dog certainly can't be good for a chicken.

I'm not sure if perhaps @casportpony might know how to break this down or know who could.

I did some maths based on the mixing rate of the 10% stuff mentioned here, and so,e other research.

It seems a starting minimal rate is 0.1ppm. With so,e mixing going up to 5ppm.

So I figure 5ml per litre should get me 0.2ppm?
