permit needed in NY?

Always check with your states fish n game/ dnr dept for yourself to obtain the most accurate info... since they'll be the ones writing your ticket or taking you into custody if somebody here gives you incorrect info...

I've been unable to find any info thats why I am asking. I am not in NY but have someone in NY who wants to possibly buy a few eggs......in CT, I have to keep track of who I sell too and this person is telling me he doesn't need a permit in NY.....I don't believe him for some reason.

Its no sweat off my back as I do have my permit but I am just wondering.
