I see that people end up asking "BYC Support" user accompt for help on their profile: https://www.backyardchickens.com/members/byc-support.61/

Can this be disabled, or a notice given there to go on the forum itself?

The posts on that page are relatively far / few between, but we can do a better job of monitoring it and redirecting peeps to this section of the forum when they have questions.
