Your rightTrapping and taking a fox away from their babies would mean death to the young ones, who did nothing wrong. A fox relocated and released is illegal, and also illegal to kill outside of hunting season.
They want to survive just as much as we do. Best to do what is necessary to keep them away, things are again peaceful because foxes are hunting elsewhere.

Here in Florida, you may trap them IF they are a threat to livestock ON your property. But it is mandatory to dispatch them. I was told if we didn't have the stomach to dispatch, call a LICENSED trapper.Most states allow for the taking of foxes to protect private property. Check with your state wildlife agency for regulations before undertaking fox control measures.
