ok well mother said that their death levl is super high sometimes and i dont think we have the luxury the tophats need and the chick life here is too rough for them.

It's not true that their fatalities are superhigh naturally. The silkies and polish I have this spring were actually the most resilient out of my disastrous orders

I wouldn't trust what your mother says about any poultry... She sounds like she knows nothing about raising poultry and is just making stuff up. (Not meaning to be rude in any way)
