One cat I'll be fine, another ill get sniffles and a sore throat. Doctor a Long time ago said to be allergic to cats is to be allergic to the stuff I thier spit thats on dander from cleaning themselves so I can be allergic to one cat but not another

Thank you for explaining that. I was confused by your first post.
I get small hives if my dog licks me, but otherwise I'm not really reactive to her. Just weird.

I love kitties..but my eyes, ears,nose and throat itch around them. And God forbid I'm around several I get hives on my chest and weeze. Kittens are sooo cute. I keep contemplating one of them. I'm more a cat then dog person but I have a dog. Cats are not emotionally high maintenance..they have a little pet then walk away..only animal that will look at you like you're stupid
