Me too I just have songs and people give me recommendations on music. the radio plays the same songs all the time

I gave up on terrestrial radio a long time ago. Nothing but garbage, commercials, and DJ's who believe they have more to say than they really do. I still keep up on current trends in the genres I like, and am normally open to exploring new stuff at least minimally. I would have never discovered electroswing if I stopped listening to new stuff. Conversely, it probably would have saved me from learning about Cardi B if I HAD stopped listening to new stuff...

Cardi is on my gym buddies playlist, it hypes him up butyea I just follow trends and. My music taste changes every so often but in the same category. I like pretty much everything but heavy metal and some rock

I'm so glad I like classical music. Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Brahms, Mozart, Vivaldi... their music never goes out of style. It will be around as long as people are.

That is the way I feel about movies in that area. Classics for a reason.

I stopped listening to the radio about 6 years ago.. so I am WAY behind on modern music. I'm stuck in the 90's and early 2000s... but only really listen to one band, lol.

Ah but "classic rock" back then was Skynrd, Doors, and Black sabbath. Today it's The Black Album and 1984... I also enjoy being the demographic that store muzak is aimed at with all the 80/90's music now. What a great reminder that we're marching inexorably toward obscurity and death.

Another pet peeve.

I don't like stuff on my fingers, like, if I'm making bread or "breading" chicken (going back and forth between dipping raw chicken in egg to flour or bread crumbs) I rinse my fingers/hands a lot.
