Pet Peeves

I am not familiar with geese outside of seeing them in the wild. Just found out today that they hiss. CREEPY!
I find the Goose hiss sound to be hilarious 😂 not like a snake hiss, more like how Daffy Duck talks. Ever get chased by a hissing Goose? Trying to bite someone on the butt? I'm sorry, but whenever I see it, whether it's me or someone else being chased, I am LMAO 🤣

My son likes golf too and plays with his dad. I can't hit the stupid ball so therefore golf sucks
I am an HORRIFIC golfer. Only reason I play is becuse it allows me to spend "dad time" with the 14 year old. I view it as a pleasant walk through a nicely maintained park, spoiled by a little ball.

Even as bad as I am though, I see a lot of people out on the courses who have put a lot of time and money into their game and equipment, only to be far worse than I am. :)

Suckers!

My wife is trying to cudgel me into getting her a Lab puppy. I am pretty much done with Labs but may entertain the ideal of a "Yellow" Lab. But she is only interested in a "Chocolate" Lab. I also like the bigger heavier more raucous Mer'can Lab and she likes the skinnier more snobbish English Lab. You can see the problem that would ensue if we used only the technical breed name.
So to toss another log on the fire. LOL
Give me a BUFF Orpington or give me nothing.
Actually i may look into those BUFF Cochins to see how big they grow.
English Labs (or show lines) are the bigger ones I thought? They have the blocky heads and square build and are often quite “chubby” plus have the otter tail while the American (field) lines are leaner and more of a kind of triangle type head. They’re also definitely taller so that may be where you’re getting that from? They seem to be breeding Labs shorter and shorter these days. At least with the show lines. That said though, there are actually breeders out there blending lines and breeding show/field crosses so maybe you could find one of those? It would be the best of both worlds and maybe have a look you both like. Also the Americans are typically far more hyper/drivey and energetic so that’s something to keep in mind too.
