My hands that are still so dry. I'm sick of them cracking. And yes, I use lotion daily and every night. Have to be careful what I use but I'm so sick of my dried out hands

Having the same conversation every month because one particular manager can't accept I'm right about an issue that keeps occurring

I feel yah completely. I have that issue with my boss. Yesterday I was upset and tossed a bunch of papers in the air and off my desk. Luckily I'm the only one in the office. Though it was relieving it sucked picking up all the papers, lol.
